Since the past few days, the topic of discussion in the industry was- will CASH make it on the scheduled date? In fact, this writer was inundated with calls from distributors and exhibitors, enquiring about the release date.

Till Wednesday morning, the censors hadn't watched the film. But the censor screening took place on Wednesday evening. "The censors have passed the film with UA certificate, without cuts," director Anubhav Sinha divulged.

CASH has been pushed ahead by one week. "The film will now hit the screens on 3rd August, not this Friday ," Sunir Khetarpal of Adlabs told this writer. So, it's CASH versus GANDHI MY FATHER versus NAYA DAUR  Friday.
