Neha Dhupia is open to Tollywood offers |

 Neha Dhupia is coming to the city today for a performance at a local club. When asked how her previous experience (when she had come to perform for a baby’s birthday) was, she says, "It was a nice experience but I don’t want to comment further as I had come for a private performance." However, what she is willing to share with us is how excited she is about her new releases.
"Ek Chaalis ki last local in which I star alongside Abhay Deol is due for a release soon followed by Shootout at Lokhandwala. Another upcoming movie is Dus Kahaaniyan in which I play a character in of one of the ten stories," she says excitedly, adding, "In the movie I play the gangster’s moll. Another movie I have signed up is Kuch Love Kuch Drama, which is a comedy in which I play Rajpal Yadav’s wife who is a girl from a small town who wants to make it big in Mumbai. Currently I am shooting for Eh Dil with Sourav Shukla and Randeep Sheorey.
Is she satisfied with the way her career has shaped up considering that she has not made it as big as former Ms World turned actresses Aishwarya Rai and Priyanka? "I think I have come a long way from where I used to be and I am totally satisfied," she retorts. Neha Dhupia is one of the actresses who’s managed to successfully shed her sensual image and get into mainstream acting. "I felt like I was making another debut," she says, adding, "There is a difference between just being good looking and being an actor. I admit sometimes it is hard to deliver a good performance when you have to focus on looking good and doing justice to the sensual image, but I’m happy and proud I have been able to balance it out."
How is it possible that such a hot and confident woman like her doesn’t have a boyfriend? "Being hot is no criteria to figure who has a boyfriend. In fact, if you’re hot and pretty you can date men or enjoy being single at your own discretion," says Neha. So does her hot image on screen cause nuisance for her in real life? "Never yet and I hope it never does either," she laughs. When asked who her dream co star is, she says, "If given an opportunity, I would love to work with Shah Rukh Khan," and adds, "I love watching romantic movies and comedies so I would like to work in a romantic comedy some day." So where does squash player Ritwik Bhattacharya stand? "I have always maintained that he is a very dear friend I have known since 11 years and I stand by what I say."
When asked whether she had any crazy fan experiences in Hyderabad, she says, "No, I feel Bollywood does not have a such strong following here since the place has its own film industry." But has she got any Tollywood offers? "In fact, I have got some Tollywood offers but I am waiting for the right one. I would love to act in a Tollywood movie as I think this industry is very professional," she says.
