Bollywood Actress:The real life story of the Rekha is going to be filmed, possibly without her consent. A Bengali serial is going to be made based on the real life of Rekha. But it is said that the Diva has not yet permitted for doing this. But the shooting for this film may still begin.  

The story is and adaptation of Dulendra Bhowmick’s “Joymala” believed to be heavily inspired by the life of Rekha and her career. 

The serial will highlight the many trials and tribulation’s Rekha went through, her relationships and the influence they had on her life. One of the most controversial aspects the film will be dealing is the relationship between rekha and her equation with her parents. It is a know fact that rekha always shared a love –hate relationship with her father Gemini Ganeshan ,who is a well known star down south . This film will also showcase her relation ship with her mother who almost forced her to join the film industry.  

Indrani haldar , who is a national award winning actor is going to play the character of Rekha . Indrani also added that this serial will portray the life of rekha and will depict the struggling life of her film career.

Rekha ‘s mother was a character actress in south Indian film’s, who fell love with Gemini ganeshan and started to live with him . The child from them is Rekha ,who hated her parents due to many reasons.  

Indrani also hinted that this serial, which is going to be aired in Doordarshan will also portray the love life of Rekha . It is said that Rekha loved Amitabh Bachchan very deeply and when he denied her love ,decided to be single forever.  

So, in a short time the true story of the diva is going to be seen on the small screen.
