Sonam Kapoor was in Doldrums when the Bollywood Heart Throb Hrithik Roshan had to dump her for Latino Beauty Barbara. Actually according to the reports Rakesh Roshan, was very keen to cast Anil Kapoor’s daughter in his next film and the character he offered to the sultry actress was very sexiest and bold. The character also needs some skin show and also needs the female lead to ware a Bikini for three sequences in the film./ Sonam due to her conservative image had to turn down the offer inspite of her father’s positive response.

For over a month the hunt for the female lead for Roshan’s next is under the rounds and director Anurag Basu and Rakesh Roshan left not stone unturned to go for the casting. At last the Latino beauty who has her background of working in Mexican- Spanish films was roped in by the Director. 

The film’s tentative title is Kites and will also feature Kangana Ranaut in a significant role. Kangana is one of the favorites of Anurag and has worked in Gangster and Metro with him.  

The official confirmation is yet to come from Rakesh Roshan.the entire shooting for this film will be canned in the scenic locales of Los Angles, Mexico and the heavenly Las Vegas.
