Saif Ali Khan and director Siddharth Anand bonded well in two films Salaam Namaste and Ta Ra Rum Pum and became seemingly inseparable. But Anand has cast childhood friend Ranbir Kapoor in his next movie, though he says he misses working with Saif. Once Saif had jokingly said he’d “kill” the young filmmaker if he made a film without him. So what happens to their tacit mutual agreement to never work separately? “I know Sid is doing a film with another actor. And I’m already missing him. But the consolation is that we are both working for Aditya Chopra and Yash Raj Films,” Saif said.

 Saif is about to start shooting for Yash Raj Films’ Tashan with Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor. “And Sid will start his film soon. So it’s like both of us being part of the same family.” Having said brave things about the parting of ways with the only director Saif claims to share an indelible bond, the actor remarked, “Maybe we will be back together with his next project.
