The bench of justice H R Pawar refused to hear bollywood actor Salman Khan bail plea on Wednesday. The actor approached justice G K Vyas who will listen to take his bail plea on Thursday for Chinkara poaching case.

Salman khan’s lawyers- local lawyer Hastimal Saraswat, Mumbai High Court lawyer Deepesh Mehta and Supreme Court lawyer Udai Mehta are trying their best to get their client out of jail as only Thursday is a day for them to action. Friday is lawyer’s strike and then weekend will come and Tuesday is also an off on occasion of Janmashtami.

Actor was arrested on Saturday and has till now spent three nights in jail barrack of Jodhpur. He was in same barrack last year in April before he got bail. If actor will not get bail which will be declared on Friday so he may have to spend coming five days more in jail.
