After spending six nights in jodhpur jail, salman khan is a free man now. The High Court of Rajasthan granted bail to him on friday evening.

Justice HR Pawar admitted his revision petition and suspended his five year sentence for allegdly killing a chinkara in 1998.

Salman Khan stepped out of jail in white shirt, blue jeans and a cap with a shoulder bag. The crowd waiting outside jail for a glimpse of their favorite star clapped and cheered when he came out. He was taken away in his lawyer's car and halted at a five star hotel where his parents and sisters were waiting for him. They returned to Mumbai by charted flight. huge crowd of fans were waiting at airport and around salman flat to see him. Salman had to enter his apartment through a pipe at the back to avoid crowd. After some time he came in his balcony and smiled and waved to fans.

Uday Lalith, one among team of lawyers defending salman khan told that they pleaded to court as harish dulani, eye witness could not be testified because he did not submitted himself for cross examination.

Salman was released after furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 100,000. He is not allowed to shift or leave country without court's permission. He has to appear in jail again on October 24.
