In the past, actresses have proved to be lucky for their directors. There was a time when director Indra Kumar could not think of making a film without Madhuri Dixit in it. The Chopras considered Sridevi to be their lucky mascot. Ram Gopal Varma believed that Urmila Matondkar brought him the much-needed luck to survive in the film industry. Sanjay Leela Bhansali bestowed the luck factor on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. The latest addition to the above names is Vidya Balan.
If Vidya’s career graph is observed, the five releases that the actress has had till date — Parineeta, Lagey Raho Munnabhai, Heyy Babyy, Bhool Bhulaiya, Guru — they have all been hits.

A trade analyst said, “Like Sridevi and Madhuri, who were criticised for their bad dress sense, Vidya too has been cornered by the critics. But that has not affected her in anyway as Vidya has dished out hits one after the other. Directors continued to cast Madhuri and Sridevi in their films; the same case is with Vidya. She is considered to be in top league of actresses today.” Vidya is not taking her career for granted and is genuinely working on her style and clothes. And her charms are definitely working on her directors who stand by her talent and hail her their lucky

Aamir Khan who is presently busy shooting for the climax of his much hyped project titled GAJINI is miffed up with the reports that Kangana and Jiah khan were bitching each other and has warned them both, to put an end to the matter. 

It is already a known fact that Kangana was the first choice of Aamir for his female lead role in Gajini. But due to some reason Jiah was replaced and now Jiah Khan is playing the send female lead role in this film. 

But Kangana was looking to take a revenge on Jiah and started to bitch Jiah with her cast and crew of her next film “Raaz 2” soon these words reached Jiah and she immediately called Kangana and warned to stop all these gossips.  

Raima Sen seems to have disappeared from the film circuit after Manorama Six Feet Under. The actress will soon be seen in Rituparno Ghosh’s bilingual Khela. This will be Raima’s first film with Manisha Koirala, which marks Manisha’s debut in Bengali films.

Khela is about an idealistic director’s quench to make a film with a boy, who he thinks, is jut perfect for the role. Rituparno’s previous movies dealt with intense relationships and serious emotions. Rituparno has always chosen indoor locations for his films. However, with Khela he has explored shooting outdoors.

Interestingly, Raima plays the role of a costume designer in the film. "It is a film within a film, if one can say that. It is a lot more serious in its tone. The film has interesting music which is composed by a band from Kolkata called 21 Grams," says Raima.

She goes on to add, "I love doing roles where I don’t have to put on make-up. I believe women look more beautiful with out any make-up. I am not using any make-up in Aparna Sen’s next film. I am doing a guest appearance in Sunglass which stars Konkana Sen Sharma, and I am doing a short film with Ruchi Narain titled Mumbai 10. They are short films based on Mumbai. The films are being directed Sudhir Mishra and Anurag Kashyap.

Aishwarya Rai all of a sudden is taking a u turn and is busy in making friends from foes. It is a fact that from the past two years SRK, Salman, Aamir, Vivek, Ajay, Shahid, Saif are miffed up with Amitabh Bachchan and his comments . So on the list of their foes SRK remains the number one foe and so Ash is in a spree to take away all the misunderstandings. It is said that Aishwarya Rai had sent a bouquet of flowers to SRK house Mannat with a DVD of Sarcar Raj.  

It is reported that though SRK did not like the gesture and evaded the move, his wife Gauri as a matter of courtesy sake called Aishwarya and thanked her for a gesture to patch up. 

But it is still conformed that SRK will not or never forgive Amitabh and Aishwarya for many reasons. But is very much pleased by Abhishek and still till date considers him as a clean hearted fellow co-star. 

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek who represented India at the Cannes film festival have made up their mind to start a family soon. According to the close sources Jaya bachchan is forcing Aishwarya to become pregnant by November 2008 or March 2009 as according to the Kundali of Aishwarya getting pregnant will be favorable and auspicious to the whole Bachchan Khandhan. Some even say that anytime next year after March 2009 will become a death threat to Abhishek and so Jaya bachchan is forcing Aishwarya to become pregnant in between the said time. 

It is a fact that Aishwarya is born with a Sarpa Dosh and this Kundali people will have a testing time after March 2009 till April 2010.
