Abbas Mastan will be directing and producing a romantic comedy fr which they have roped in their favorite actor Akshay Kumar. 

The only actors who ruled the Box Office in 2007 were Akshay kumar and Shah Rukh Khan. Where SRK gave mega hits like Chak De India! And Om Shanti Om, akshay gave four back hits in the form of Namaste Lomdon, Heyy Babyy, Bhool Bhuliaya and Welcome. With these films akshay who was once known for his action films transformed himself into Bollywood’s First Comic superstar! 

However, akhi prefers not to get slotted into a particular image for which he has signed Sajid Khan’s romantic comedy as well as Abbas Mastan’s romantic film. 

Abbas Mastan who made the film Ajnabee with Akhi, also said that he will be soon launching his own production house and will produce two films out of which one is a comedy with Akshay and the other one will be an action packed. 

Abbas Mastan also said that they want to offer something different to their stars and so they have offered saif the film RACE in which he will perform stunts as never before. 
 

Hrithik Roshan has set the record straight over the whole kiss issue with fellow actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. 

If one can recall, the two hot stars were lip locked in a sensational scene for 2006’s DHOOM 2.which according to the media angered Aishwarya Rai ‘s then fiancé Abhishek Bachchan. And because of this, a no- kiss clause was added in the contract for Jodha Akbar, by Abhishek bachchan for Aishwarya Rai. 

Talking about this, Hrithik states,” That’s Not True at all. But because of our unavailability to the media in the past, for which I apologize, several stories about the film have been concocted. We were all so involved with the film that couldn’t refute the irresponsible journalism”.  

He also added that the scene was vital to the script which elaborates about the passion towards the heroine from the hero. So that is why, the scene was shot. Hrithik also denied that Abhi was very much hurt about the scene which involved his beau and said that he is a true professional and was comfortable with it. 

Well according to the latest reports Hrithik has refused a Yash Raj banner film. If sources are to be believed, hrithik refused to be a part of Aditya Chopra’s next. This is not Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi starring SRK and Himself which was announced on Friday, but it was totally another film which Adi had planned to cast the handsome actor. And the reason for this is said as Lack of Dates. 

It is learnt that Adi wanted the film to be filmed in May, but unfortunately Hrithik is committed to shoot for Anurag Basu’s film in March and so Hrithik had backed out from the film. 

But according to the close source, Hrithik has finally decided to work for only one banner from next year and that is his home banner KRAFT. 

This is wise as his two films Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish were directed by his Dad and were super hits at the box office. So may be this is the reason why Hrithik roshan has finally decided to work only for his home production. 

Bollywood News:Certain sections of Rajput community in Rajasthan have raised an objection on Ashutosh Gowarikar’s magnum opus Jodhaa Akbar. According to them, the argument is that, historically speaking, Jodhaa was not Akbar’s wife. In Fact, they say that she was not even a Jaipur princess, though she hailed from Jodhpur and was a wife of Jehangir.  Moreover they feel that the film and Gowarikar is hurting the sentiments of Rajputs by twisting the history. 

These allegations on him by the Rajput Communities are crtaing ripples in the bollywood for which Ashutosh gave a tight reply to them, by saying that whatever he has fetched from the history books, he has successfully canned it and he need not correct or re shoot the film. Ashutosh also added that he need not give any kind of explanation to the Rajput communities and also pleaded them to once again go through their Rajput communities’ history and brush up their knowledge. 

Ashutosh, is also getting support from the royal families of jaipu and Kishangarh. They have extended their support to him by digging out some of the old original historical records to prove that Akbar married a Jaipur Princess and this is boosting Ashutosh’s knowledge that he was and is, never wrong with his history and his film is also very much correctly canned. 

Meanwhile, Maharani Padmini Devi , a member of the Jaipur Royal Family, went on a record to say that they had gone through the script before Ashutosh started filming and that the ‘Mahurat’ shot was taken itself in Jaipur. She also added that there is no objectionable part in the film, if not they wouldn’t have given their nod for the same. 

Hearing the strong and firm reply from Ashutosh , Karni Sena , a Rajput Organization based in Jaipur, has threatened to prevent the film from being released in Rajasthan. Meanwhile, a battalion of youths from the Rajput community staged a protest demonstration and shouted slogans against Ashutosh . They further intensified their protest by burning the promotional posters of the film. 

Bollywood News:There were first seen in Ishq and then they set the screens on fire in the super hit ‘FANAA’. And now the team of Aamir Khan and Kajol just might come back once again in Rajkumar Hirani’s next film IDIOT. 

The buzz is already spreading like wild fire that Kajol has accepted that role and is ready to act opposite to Aamir. But she hasn’t signed on the dotted line. While Aamir Khan has already signed the film’s contract and has given a bulk dates of later this year. 

If Kajol signs the contract them the shooting will likely to go On-Floors from July this year and may be completed by the end of this year. 

With success at his door steps with his latest ‘Taarein Zameen Par’, Aamir is looking forward for his next success very patiently.
