Why do women have to wear slips under dresses

Because..at the beach it is acceptable to wear a bathing suit..we expect to see lots of skin at the beach..there is a time and a place for seeing peoples butts..in church..or at work is not the place..this is why women with see thru dresses or skirts wear a slip. common courtesy for others and society.

Slips are good for under skirts because they help hide panty lines, and they're made of slippery material that keeps the skirts from bunching upwards.
