Namitha is playing the role of heroine with Jeevan in the movie Naan Avanillai. The character that she is playing is for the role of a young industrialist. A remake of the classic movie that had Gemini Ganesan in the lead role; the movie's title has been retained the same to make the expectations of the movie to increase among the audiences.
